Pranav Pranayam

Method :
- To do Pranav Pranayama, sit in a calm environment.
- Sit in Sukhasana or Padmasana as per your convenience.

- Close the eyes and focus the mind while stilling.
- Take deep breaths in and out slowly 3 to 4 times.
