Find Out if Your Equipment is Compatible with Xfinity Services

- Go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/#unauth and check if your device is approved by Xfinity Internet or Voice.
- You find a list of all the approved modems that you can pair with your Xfinity Internet plans – click here to know more about it. You can also check if the device is good enough to go with your internet speed. Different modems support different speed tiers, so it helps to know whether the modem you buy is good for your plan.

Identify Compatible Retail Devices
- Go to My Device Info or https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/ from your web browser, then click Sign In. Use your Xfinity ID and password to sign in.
- If you are not an Xfinity customer, you can just enter your ZIP code and choose a download speed from the drop-down menu. Next, click Find Equipment and you will see all the equipment compatible with your chosen download speed.
- If you have a specific device in mind that you are planning on purchasing, search for the device’s retail brand and model. If you find it, it means that it is supported by Xfinity. If you don’t find it, it is not supported by Xfinity.
- Click View Details under the image of any specific device. Use filters on the left side of the screen and narrow the search results. Options for filtering include:

- Download speed
